Step 1

First, you need to choose the Create menu and select Outline.

Step 2

And then it will display the Outline Assistant. So you have to click on the Next button.

Step 3

After that, select the style that you want in the picture below and click on the Next button.

Step 4

Then you can start to modify the outline that suits your needs.
