How to replace words by using the Thesaurus

To replace words by using the Thesaurus

Step 1

First of all, highlight the word that you want to replace. And then choose the Edit menu and select Proofing Tools. After that click Check Thesaurus.

Step 2

Select the desired replacement word in the Meanings for box or Synonyms for box. And then click on the button labeled Replace.
